1. Biometric Data

All facial landmark processing is performed entirely client-side in your browser using Google's MediaPipe WebAssembly runtime. No facial landmarks, face meshes, or biometric templates are ever transmitted to or stored on our servers. Only the final computed score and match outcome are sent for ELO calculations. A non-biometric “verified” timestamp is retained for 30 days solely for anti-abuse purposes. We do not sell biometric information in compliance with BIPA, CUBI, and HB 1493.

2. Video

Live video feeds are never recorded, stored, or replayed. Video streams terminate at match end. On-device NSFW detection (NSFW.js, running locally) may flag frames for moderation review — only flagged frames are uploaded, not the full video stream.

3. Account Data

Guest sessions store only an anonymous session token in your browser's localStorage. Claimed accounts store a username, email (hashed), ELO history, and match statistics. We use Supabase (US-based) for secure storage. You may request deletion of all account data at any time by emailing privacy@omoggle.com.

4. Analytics

We use privacy-first analytics (no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting) to measure aggregate usage. No personal browsing data is sold to third parties.

5. GDPR / CCPA Rights

EU and California residents have the right to access, correct, port, or delete their personal data. Contact privacy@omoggle.com for any data requests. We will respond within 30 days.

6. CSAM

Omoggle has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material. Any detected CSAM is immediately reported to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement, and the account is permanently banned.
