1. Age Requirement
Omoggle is strictly for users aged 18 years or older. By entering the arena, you confirm you are 18+. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of being minors.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: expose minors to this platform; engage in harassment; display explicit or illegal content; use bots or browser plugins to tamper with AI scoring; or attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring algorithm.
3. Intellectual Property
The Omoggle name, logo, scoring algorithm, and rank system are proprietary IP of Omoggle LLC. The composite scoring formula is protected trade secret.
4. Disclaimer
AI face scores are for entertainment only. They are not scientific assessments of attractiveness, health, or any other personal attribute. Scores may vary with lighting and camera quality.
5. Subscription (Omoggle Pro)
Omoggle Pro is $10 USD/month, billed automatically. Cancel anytime via your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Introductory pricing may change with 30 days notice.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms at any time without notice.
